SoWeSign: A Digital Signing Application for Schools and Businesses
SoWeSign is a digital signing application designed for schools, vocational training centers, universities, and businesses. It is compliant with French, Spanish, and European regulations in the context of initial and continuous education, apprenticeships, and work-study programs.
To use the application, users must subscribe to the SoWeSign solution (formerly known as JeSuisEnCours), which provides the necessary startup codes for the application.
The generic SoWeSign signature application can be used in various modes, including classroom, trainer, group, session, or course. It allows for online and offline signature collection, enabling attendance tracking and the generation of attendance sheets, achievement certificates, or attendance certificates from the online Manager at the end of a training period or billing cycle.
SoWeSign generates attendance certificates that are certified in accordance with decreeand ensures the reliability of collected data through audit trails, particularly in the context of funding and inspections by vocational training centers, regional authorities, employment agencies, and labor inspectorates.
SoWeSign offers face-to-face signing on tablets, smartphones, PCs, and Macs. It also supports remote signing via email and individual device signing using beacons, codes, or QR codes through the SoWeSign Student application for learners.
